Tim is not only a Partner at B&F Construction but has also played a pivotal role at Paramount Services (formally known as Paramount Air) since 2016, showcasing his extensive knowledge in the construction and services industry.

A true Las Vegas native, Tim’s journey began in the vibrant city he calls home. Raised in the heart of Las Vegas, he developed a strong sense of community and an unwavering work ethic. Tim’s educational journey took him through the halls of Bonanza High School, where he laid the foundation for his future success.  Continuing his pursuit of knowledge, Tim further honed his skills at both the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). His academic journey instilled in him a dedication to learning and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Tim’s professional journey started at a young age, working alongside his family in a locally-owned HVAC company and a Solar Company. These early experiences shaped his understanding of the construction and energy sectors, laying the groundwork for his future endeavors.  In 2014, Tim took a leap into entrepreneurship, co-founding Paramount Services (formally known as Paramount Air), where he demonstrated his innate ability to lead and innovate. Building on this success, he joined forces with Jerome Blitz to establish B&F Construction in 2017, a venture dedicated to delivering top-notch construction solutions.

Tim’s hands-on experience, coupled with his academic background, positions him as a forward-thinking leader in the construction industry. His commitment to quality, innovation, and community resonates in every project undertaken by B&F Construction. Jerome Blitz, the driving force behind Blitz Development and a co-owner of both B&F Construction and Paramount Air, boasts a rich legacy deeply rooted in the construction industry. Hailing from a family with a strong construction background, Jerome’s journey began when he relocated to the Las Vegas valley in 1988, where his father laid the foundation for a thriving construction enterprise.

Commencing his career as a laborer, Jerome steadily ascended the corporate ladder within his family’s construction company, ultimately achieving the prestigious position of President of Operations. In 2002, he undertook a new challenge by enlisting in the US Navy, serving a commendable four-year tour of duty stationed in San Diego. Following his military service, Jerome returned to Las Vegas with a renewed sense of purpose, culminating in the establishment of Blitz Development.

In early 2017, Jerome forged a formidable partnership with his longtime friend, Tim Fromhart Jr., leading to the creation of B&F Construction and Paramount Air. Together, they continue to shape the landscape of construction and air services, showcasing their combined expertise and dedication.
